What is the ruling on dealing with someone who insults the religion of Islam and accuses the Quran of being an Israeli plot, and is it permissible to describe him as a fasiq (transgressor/wicked) with the intention of deterring him and defending the religion?

The Sabians today are undoubtedly among the disbelieving sects, and the questioner's judgment of this disbelieving woman, who is skeptical of the true religion, as merely "fasiqa" (transgressor/corrupt) is a lenient judgment. The assertion that Islam is false and that the Quran is an Israeli plot is so flimsy it doesn't even warrant consideration. And the meaning of Allah's saying: "We have certainly created man in the best of stature" (Quran 95:4) is that he has the most upright posture and the best form, or that he reaches the prime of his youth and strength. There is no contradiction between the verse and the sunan of fitra (natural disposition), and no connection between the verse and circumcision, which is part of the perfection of the Hanifiyyah (Abrahamic monotheism). The issue of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, worshipping idols for forty years is a false fabrication, for he was infallible from prostrating to an idol even before the revelation descended upon him.
