Procreation is the most important objective of marriage, and it is a shared right of both spouses. The wife has a right to have children, and it is impermissible for the husband to practice coitus interruptus (azl) with her without her permission, because azl deprives her of this right. Therefore, there is no sin upon the wife for removing the IUD without her husband's knowledge, even if it is against his wishes.
