Is it permissible for a son to call his father by his first name if the father does not get angry about it?

Allah has commanded kindness to parents and prohibited harming them, even by saying "uff." He has also enjoined speaking noble words to them. It is considered good manners for a son not to walk in front of his father, nor sit before him, nor call him by his first name, nor cause others to curse him, as this diminishes the father's prestige and respect in the son's heart.
