Is a car considered usurious or lawful property if it is purchased in installments, and the guarantee is a bank account with usurious money that will be disposed of to the poor, knowing that the installments will be paid from lawful money?

If the money in the account is entirely from usurious interest, then it must be disposed of by giving it to the poor and needy or for the public welfare of Muslims. It is not permissible to benefit from it, and delaying its disbursement is a sin. However, this does not affect the permissibility of benefiting from the car.

But if the money was originally permissible and deposited in an interest-bearing account, then what is forbidden is the interest and keeping the money in this account if there is no necessity for it.
