How do I correct my mistake and clarify to my sister the correct Sharia ruling regarding a small part of the arm being uncovered during the Takbeerat Al-Ihram in prayer, knowing that I suffer from Waswas (obsessive doubts)? Does the uncovering of the arm invalidate the prayer? Must the sleeve be tight? Is folding the cuff considered part of "kiff ath-thawb" (tucking up clothes) which is forbidden?

The prayer is not invalidated by the uncovering of a small portion of the 'awrah during prayer, so long as the duration is not prolonged. Some scholars are of the view that the forearm or arm is considered a light 'awrah, the uncovering of which does not invalidate the prayer.
