Am I entitled to seek financial compensation from my brother due to his constriction of my business, which led to the failure of my projects and deprived me of my rights?

The texts of the Sharia indicate the permissibility of compensation for damages, including the Almighty's saying: "Then whoever has transgressed against you, transgress against him in like manner as he transgressed against you," and the Almighty's saying: "And if you punish, then punish with the like of that with which you were punished." The Sharia judge resolves matters of dispute, and it is advised to maintain ties of kinship and to involve people of goodwill to resolve disputes.
