What should a wife do with her husband who is addicted to chatting with women online and is in an illicit relationship with one of them, and who asks her to sell her property to spend on his mistress, which has led the wife to hate her children and consider divorce, leaving the children with him?

The husband must repent to Allah for the forbidden acts he commits, such as unlawful looking, violating the sanctity of Muslims, spending money improperly, and neglecting the obligatory financial support for his wife and children. This is a grave sin that incurs Allah's punishment. The wife should be patient and persistently advise her husband with kindness and gentle words, pray for him, and seek the help of righteous people to reform him.
