How can one deal with continuous familial injustice from the father and uncle, which led to the expulsion of the brother from the home and the deprivation of his possessions, especially since the father is religious but oppresses his children and sides with the oppressor? And what is the way to solve these problems despite the family's disregard for the injustice that has occurred?

The father's stance is unjust, and his statement that his son's shoe is better than his children is impermissible and an ingratitude for Allah's blessings. He must act equitably and adhere to Allah's commandment regarding his children. One must be dutiful to the father and accompany him with kindness, regardless of what emanates from him. As for the uncle, it is not permissible for him to sell upon his nephew's sale, as this is a forbidden competition for worldly gain. The cause of these problems is the love of this world. The family must be advised and reminded of the worthlessness and transience of this world, and warned against the corruption of mutual relations, which shaves away religion.
