What is the ruling on going to the family home before the appointed time in an oath of triple divorce?

As long as you have made the divorce and other matters contingent upon her departure at a specific time, it will not occur if she goes to her family's house before or after that time. Thus, she may go out to her family for her needs before or after that time. The oath is not broken because the contingent event did not occur.
