Can Satan change a person's creation through magic, especially if that person practices masturbation?

Satan and the sorcerer cannot overturn realities with their magic; rather, the utmost they can do is create illusions and enchant the eyes, as stated in the Quran. As for the practice of masturbation, it is forbidden.
