What is the ruling on repeatedly breaking an oath to refrain from watching forbidden things and practicing masturbation? Is a single expiation required, or multiple expiations? And is it permissible to feed one indigent person enough for two when performing the expiation?

Frequent swearing is religiously reprehensible, and one must repent from it. If the oath was taken concerning different matters with a single oath, or repeated with the intention of emphasis, then only one expiation (kaffarah) for an oath is required. However, if each oath was independent for each matter, or repeated with the intention of establishing a new oath, or if the oath was taken a second time after breaking the first, then an expiation is required for each oath. It is not permissible to give food intended for more than one needy person to a single needy person as expiation; rather, ten needy persons must be fed. It is permissible to feed the same needy persons for multiple expiations.
