What is the ruling on a congregant correcting the Imam concerning a verse in which he made a mistake during prayer, and is it sufficient to merely say, "Subhan Allah"?

We have previously explained the ruling on correcting an imam's mistake, and we mentioned that an error in Al-Fatiha must be corrected because the validity of the prayer depends on it. As for errors outside of Al-Fatiha, if the error alters the meaning and corrupts the Quran, correction is obligatory. If it does not alter the meaning, it is permissible for the congregant to correct it, but not obligatory. Correcting the imam is done by reciting the verse. There is no shame on the imam for having his mistake corrected, and the congregants should not rush to correct, as the imam might realize the mistake himself.
