ما هي عقوبة من يدخل بيتاً بدون إذن صاحبه ويأخذ زوجته وأبنائه إلى بيت أهلها؟

The punishment for someone who enters a man's house without his permission is the punishment for committing forbidden acts. Entry is not permissible, as Allah the Almighty says: ﴿O you who have believed, do not enter houses other than your own houses until you ascertain welcome and greet their people.﴾ It is also not permissible to enter upon a foreign woman and be alone with her except in the presence of a mahram. Similarly, it is not permissible for a wife to leave her husband's house except with his permission and for necessity. Both of them must repent and seek forgiveness from the husband.
