Does a father have the right to reclaim a plot of land he gifted to his son, and what is the Islamic ruling if the son fails to fulfill his duty to his father?

A father is permitted to reclaim what he has gifted to his child, unless a right of a third party becomes attached to it, or it leaves the child's possession, or obligations arise for the child as a result. If the father requests its return, the son must restore it to him, and he must uphold the righteousness towards his father.
