Is purchasing two apartments for the divorced sons considered a violation of Sharia or an injustice to the new wife, taking into account the husband's financial capability?

If a father wishes to gift an apartment to each of his children, there is no objection to it, provided that he treats them equally. This gift does not oppress the new wife as long as he fulfills her right to maintenance according to what is customary. A mature person is permitted to dispose of his wealth in a manner that does not violate Islamic law. It is not obligatory for the husband to be just in gifting between his children and his wife, as the husband and wife are not included in the terms "children" and "relatives."
