What is the Sharia ruling on the accumulation of debts resulting from a period of sin and exploitation of others, and what is the fate of the debtor who is unable to repay them in this world and the hereafter, and do they prevent him from performing Hajj and Umrah after his repentance?

Whoever repents and turns to God must resort to Him and increase in supplication and seeking forgiveness, for Allah answers prayers and removes distress, and seeking forgiveness brings sustenance and opens its doors. One may also seek help from people of virtue and charitable organizations. If a person exerts their utmost effort to pay off debts but is unable, there is no sin upon them if Allah knows the sincerity of their intention.
