The answer

- It is permissible to trade in permissible stocks, and it does not matter if the company has commercial insurance if it is forced to do so.

- It is permissible to enter into stock trading with others through an agency for a fixed fee, or through Mudarabah, where you provide the effort and others provide the capital, and you take a percentage of the profits, or through a partnership with a known capital and distribution of profits according to the agreement and losses in proportion to the capital.

- It is permissible to work as a financial analyst in the stock market, provided that one limits the analysis to permissible companies, or analyzes impermissible companies while warning against them.
