Is it permissible to take the usurious interest added to the monthly salary and give it to the study supervisor, in order to dispose of it and preserve the original salary?

The forbidden usurious gains must be disposed of by spending them on the welfare of Muslims or on the poor and needy. It is not permissible to benefit from them unless one is poor and in need, in which case one may take from them according to one's need, whether for oneself or to give to one's supervisor if the supervisor is poor. Poverty is not limited to food and drink but includes all necessities such as food, clothing, and shelter. However, if you are not poor, it is not permissible for you to take these gains or give them to your supervisor; rather, they must be disposed of.
