Is the division of Tawhid into Rububiyah, Uluhiyah, and Asma wa Sifat attributable to Ibn Taymiyyah?

This division was pointed out by Al-Tabari and Ibn Mandah, and affirmed by Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn al-Qayyim, Al-Zabidi, and Al-Shanqeeti. Those among the Salaf who held this view before Ibn Taymiyyah were also mentioned. This division is derived through induction from the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah.
