Is it permissible for a woman suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) regarding prayer to perform Tarawih prayers with her sisters, acting as the imam for them at home?

It is permissible for a woman to lead her sisters in Tarawih prayer in congregation, as long as she fulfills the conditions, pillars, and obligations of prayer. This imamate may help her discipline herself and reduce whispers (waswas), and it is expected that doubts will disappear and her control over the prayer will increase with the presence of a congregation behind her.
