Is it permissible to live next to a Zawiya that turns out not to be a mosque, and is it permissible to draw electricity from it in exchange for providing it with water?

It is not permissible to bury the deceased in the mosque, and the grave must be exhumed and the body removed. If a mosque is built over a grave, the matter is even more severe. Prayer is not permissible in a mosque that contains a grave. As for living next to it, it is permissible as long as the questioner does not pray in it and denounces their actions that violate Islamic law. It is not permissible to supply them with water because it is aiding in sin. Likewise, taking electricity from the corner is not permissible except with the permission of the officials if it is free of charge at the expense of the state.
