This is because it makes people aware of the Muslims' keenness and adherence to these rituals. However, if voting leads to a greater harm that outweighs the benefit, then it should be prohibited. The basic principle is its permissibility, and it may become obligatory or prohibited depending on the benefits and harms. As for supporting the hijab, it is done by inviting people to it, informing them of its obligation, and enlightening them about the dangers, harms, and prohibition of immodest display (tabarruj), and that it is a grave sin.
