Is the money I earn from my work permissible (halal) or forbidden (haram) in the following cases: when violating a website's terms of service (such as age or changing usage from personal to commercial), and when violating the product listing rules on major e-commerce websites, knowing that I do not hack data or do anything that harms websites or society, and I sell what is permissible?

The default status of permissible conditions is validity and bindingness, based on the Almighty's saying: (O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts), and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: (Muslims are bound by their conditions). Therefore, it is obligatory to fulfill permissible conditions, and it is not permissible to resort to tricks against them. The money earned is permissible, but the financial right remains due to violating the conditions, such as using a free service for commercial use without paying fees. These fees remain an obligation upon the user until they are paid or waived.
