What is the ruling on prayer if the period between Fajr and Maghrib is 6 hours?

If night and day alternate within twenty-four hours in a certain place, then it is obligatory to perform each prayer at its designated legal time, due to the generality of Allah's Almighty saying: "Establish prayer at the declining of the sun until the darkness of the night and [recite] the Qur’an of dawn. Indeed, the Qur’an of dawn is ever witnessed," and His saying: "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a time-constrained ordinance," and due to the prophetic traditions that specified the prayer times.

Thus, it is obligatory to perform Fajr before sunrise, Dhuhr when the sun declines, Asr when the shadow of a thing becomes equal to its height, Maghrib at sunset, and Isha when the red twilight disappears.

However, if night and day do not alternate within twenty-four hours, the people of that country should estimate the prayer times based on the nearest temperate countries to them.
