The answer

Scholars have differed regarding the establishment of prohibition based solely on the testimony of the wet nurse. The majority view is that it is not established, contrary to the Hanbalis, which is the preponderant opinion. However, according to the Hanbalis, the testimony of a woman regarding breastfeeding is not accepted unless she is mardiyyah (satisfactory), meaning characterized by truthfulness and integrity. Based on this, if the mother is trustworthy and testifies that she breastfed the maternal aunt's daughter, then the daughter becomes among the prohibited relatives according to the preponderant opinion, and therefore it is not permissible to marry her, with the caveat that breastfeeding only establishes prohibition if it occurs within the first two years (of the child's life) and consists of five or more breastfeedings.
