Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless it incapacitates one's perception. Divorce pronounced during menstruation is valid, despite its prohibition. If the husband uttered the divorce for the second time while being aware and not overwhelmed in his mind, and then he uttered explicit divorce for the third time, then the divorce is valid, and his wife becomes irrevocably divorced from him by a major divorce. She is not lawful for him until she marries another man, and he consummates the marriage with her, then divorces her, and her waiting period ends. These matters should be presented verbally to trustworthy scholars.
