Do the three divorces issued by the husband to his wife count, knowing that the second divorce occurred while she was menstruating, and the third divorce occurred while she was in postpartum bleeding, and that the husband is quick to anger and utters divorce in this state? And has the woman become forbidden to him?

If a triple divorce occurs, the wife becomes irrevocably divorced (baynunah kubra). She is not permissible for her husband until she marries another husband in a desired marriage, according to the Almighty's saying: ﴿And if he has divorced her [for the third time], then she is not lawful to him afterward until she marries another husband. And if he [the latter husband] divorces her, there is no blame upon them both if they return to each other [through marriage], if they think that they can uphold the limits of Allah. These are the limits of Allah, which He makes clear to a people who know.﴾ [Al-Baqarah: 230]. Divorce pronounced during menstruation or postpartum bleeding is valid according to the most preponderant opinion, and anger does not prevent the divorce from taking effect as long as the person uttering it is aware of what he is saying. It is advisable to avoid the causes of anger and not to make divorce a means of solving problems.
