In that case, it is permissible to refer patients to it without taking a percentage; otherwise, it is taking money without a legitimate exchange.

Second: If the laboratory owner knows that the doctor requested unnecessary tests to increase the percentage, then it is not permissible for him to perform them, because it involves cooperation in deceiving the patient and unlawfully consuming his wealth. However, if he does not know, then there is no sin upon him.
