Is it permissible to sign papers of terms and conditions and transactions without reading them, especially if they do not contain apparent violations of Sharia, in order to avoid delaying transactions?

There is no harm in signing conditions without reading them if it is highly probable that they are correct, based on sound indicators and acceptable evidence. The predominant assumption (dhann ghalib) is treated as certainty by jurists, and practical rulings are built upon it. It is obligatory to act upon it by consensus when there is no definitive proof.
