What is the meaning of the word "fadl" (فضل), and are there things that are exclusive to Sayyida Fatima al-Zahra, to the exclusion of other women?

Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) being one of the daughters of the Prophet (peace be upon him) is among her virtues, in which her sisters shared. And her being the chief of the women of Paradise—except for Maryam bint Imran—is among her unique distinctions, by which she excelled over the women of this Ummah.
