Is it permissible to partner with a relative who works in supplying hotels with workers' uniforms, bed sheets, and towels? And is the money earned from this permissible (halal) or is there some doubt (shubhah) in it?

There is no objection to supplying and trading in clothes, based on the original ruling, which is permissibility. The fact that hotel workers use them does not affect this, so it is permissible to sell them to them.
