Is it permissible to play Surat Al-Baqarah on a recorder and perform ruqyah with what is mentioned in the Qur’an and Sunnah during cupping (hijamah) without charge, and is there any danger to the one who does this because he is not specialized in ruqyah shariyyah?

There is no objection to reciting the Quran or performing dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and supplications during cupping (hijamah), because ruqyah (exorcism) with the Quran and dhikr is a permissible and recommended act. No prohibition against it has been reported during cupping, and experiences have proven that many patients benefited from reciting the Quran and performing ruqyah during cupping.
