What is the ruling on wearing revealing clothes that expose the chest, back, and shoulders, and what are the limits for wearing short clothing in front of other women and male mahrams?

It is not permissible for a woman to wear revealing clothes that expose any part of her awrah (private parts) in front of non-mahram men. As for what she is permitted to expose in front of her mahrams (close relatives) or among women, this has been detailed in previous fatwas, and the description of the شرعي (Islamically lawful) dress for women has also been clarified.
