We issue a permitting the production of purposeful films that are free from prohibitions. The use of the aforementioned words is not among the prohibitions as long as it is within an appropriate context, as are human voices and sound effects that are distinct from the sounds of prohibited musical instruments. As for the hand drum (daff), there is a difference of opinion and elaboration regarding it.
