Did God Almighty address the angels with His (exact) wording and meaning, or with the meaning only, and how does God address His creation?

The speech of Allah, when conveyed through His creation, often recounts the meaning rather than the exact wording, especially if the speaker is not Arab, as their speech is narrated in the Arabic language, as clarified by Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah.

Regarding the language of Allah's speech with the angels, and on the Day of Resurrection with creation, and with the inhabitants of Paradise, there is no explicit religious text that specifies it. The narration mentioning that the language of the people of Paradise is Arabic is not authentic. Therefore, the correct approach is to refrain from delving into this matter.

Ibn Taymiyyah was asked about the language of people on the Day of Resurrection and the language of Allah's address to them. He replied that this is unknown due to the absence of textual evidence, and that what is mentioned about Persian being the language of the people of Hellfire and Arabic being the language of the people of Paradise is not authentic. He also stated that the disagreement on this matter occurred among later generations without any intellectual or transmitted proof.
