Is the ablution valid if one feels phlegm in their mouth and sees a few food particles in it, then washes their feet and rinses their mouth?

Expelling phlegm during ablution does not affect its validity and is not considered a breach of continuity due to its lightness. Furthermore, its expulsion does not nullify ablution, even if it contains food remnants, because it is treated like vomit, and vomit does not nullify ablution according to many jurists. The preponderant opinion is that what exits from other than the two private parts, whether little or much, does not nullify ablution, except for urine and feces.
