Ibn Abi Hatim is Abdul Rahman bin Abi Hatim al-Razi, a trustworthy scholar renowned in the sciences of Hadith and Tafsir. His Tafsir is among the best due to its inclusion of narrations (asanid). He passed away in Rayy in the year 327 AH.

As for Fakhr al-Din al-Razi, he is Muhammad bin Omar bin Al-Hussain Al-Qurashi, author of the Tafsir "Mafatih al-Ghayb," which is a voluminous Tafsir rich in benefits. He passed away in theYear 606 AH, and was one of the famous Shafi'i jurists known for his numerous writings. Despite his intelligence and prolificacy, some of his works showed deviations from the Sunnah.
