Is selling shares at a price higher than the original capital, taking into account the rate of financial inflation, considered permissible and not usurious?

It is permissible to sell company shares after the company has commenced its commercial activity, because by then they would have become fixed and movable assets. Before that, however, it is not permissible, as it would then be the sale of cash for cash with a premium, which is usury (riba).
If the sale of shares is permissible, then there is no harm in selling them for more or less than their original value. This ruling does not change with changes in the inflation rate. However, it is recommended for a Muslim to be generous in his selling.
