Is it permissible to perform jamʿ al-taʾkhīr (delaying a prayer to combine it with the next) for someone who knows they will reach their home before the beginning of the time for the second prayer?

For the permissibility of delaying a prayer to combine it, the travel excuse must continue until the time for the second prayer begins. So, whoever knows that their journey will end before the time of the second prayer begins, it is not permissible for them to delay the first prayer in a way that takes it out of its optional time. However, it is permissible for them to delay it until the very end of its optional time.
