Does a woman have the right to refuse to return to her husband after a revocable divorce if she believes that living together amicably will not be achieved?

If a man divorces his wife with a revocable divorce (first or second) without compensation, he has the right to take her back during her 'iddah without her consent or the consent of her guardian, as Allah Almighty says: (And their husbands have a greater right to take them back during this period, if they wish reconciliation). However, if the divorce was for compensation, the husband does not have the right to take her back, because the compensation is paid for the woman to ransom herself with it. If the husband was abusive, his return must be with the intention of reconciliation and improving treatment, because the verse restricted the right of return to the intention of reconciliation. It is recommended for wise people to intervene to mend relations, while advising both spouses to be patient.
