If a man accidentally kills his brother in a car accident, does he inherit from him or not?

The deliberate killer does not inherit from the slain, by the consensus of scholars, based on the hadith: "The killer does not inherit." As for the accidental killer, there is a difference of opinion, and the preponderant view is that he inherits from the estate, excluding the blood money (diyya).
