What is the ruling on delaying Tawaf Al-Ifadah until Tawaf Al-Wadaa’, and when performing Tawaf on the roof, your ablution was invalidated a little before the end of the third circuit, then you completed it until you reached the ablution facilities and counted the circuits, and in the last four circuits, you would enter the Mas’a due to the crowd and then return to the mataf?

Purity is a condition for the validity of the Tawaf according to the majority of scholars. They differed on whether one who loses purity during Tawaf should complete it or restart. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah disagreed, choosing not to stipulate purity for Tawaf, and this is what Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen gives fatwa on, based on the absence of explicit evidence for stipulating purity, and that the Prophet's action (peace be upon him) does not indicate obligation, and out of consideration for hardship. As for performing Tawaf from inside the Mas'a (area for Sa'i), it is not valid because it is outside the Grand Mosque, unless one is forced to do so due to crowd congestion, in which case it is excused.
