Does the noble verse: "And they, after their defeat, will be victorious" refer to the victory of Muslims over Jews in this period without the need for negotiations or concessions?

The verses in Surat Ar-Rum speak about the victory of the Romans over the Persians "within a few years," not about the current period. Allah has promised the Muslims victory over the Jews in Surat Al-Isra: "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, [you do it] to yourselves. Then when the final promise came, [We sent your enemies] to sadden your faces and to enter the temple as they entered it the first time, and to destroy what they had conquered with [total] destruction." Also, the Prophet informed us that Muslims will fight the Jews until the Jew hides behind rocks and trees, and they will speak out. As for the peace process, it is a pursuit of a mirage. All of Palestine is Islamic land, and not an inch of it may be relinquished. The Jews must be expelled from it.
