What is the ruling on remaining with a beautiful wife whose betrayal was discovered via phone, given the presence of a child, the inability to divorce her due to her beauty and compassion for her as an orphan and her young age, in addition to excessive love?

If you are certain that your wife is telephoning non-mahram men in a forbidden manner, you are not obligated to divorce her. Rather, you must prevent her from this evil and cut off its causes. Your love for her should not deter you from this, for true compassion lies in protecting her from forbidden acts. Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire." We advise you to keep her, exercise your guardianship, cooperate with her in obeying Allah, and close the doors of temptation for her.
