What is incumbent upon a man who intentionally engaged in sexual intercourse with his wife during the daytime in Ramadan after he had been unconscious, then regained consciousness and completed the intercourse?

You must hasten to sincere repentance to Allah Almighty, and you owe the expiation for intercourse during the daytime in Ramadan, which is fasting for two consecutive months. If you are permanently unable to fast, then you must feed sixty poor people. You also owe the making up of the day you invalidated by continuing intercourse after you knew that dawn had broken. If you know that this is a habit of yours, then you must avoid sleeping next to your wife during the daytime in Ramadan.
