It is permissible to collect points using download programs if the awarding entity does not stipulate a specific method for obtaining points, or overlooks the use of these programs. Their overlooking is known by their not combating these programs or mentioning them in the terms and conditions. It is stipulated that these programs must be permissible in their benefit. However, if the entity requires actual downloading or considers the aforementioned method a circumvention, then it is not permissible.
