If the lease term is still valid, the tenant may sell his goods and sublease the premises to another person at the agreed-upon price. However, if the lease term has expired, the tenant is not permitted to retain the premises or sublease them without the owner's permission. In this case, he may only sell his goods without exploiting the buyer's need for the premises by increasing the price or making the purchase of his goods a condition.
