Is it permissible for me to post my pictures wearing the hijab on a private Instagram account that is only followed by female friends and family?

It was previously explained that it is not permissible for a woman to post her picture with an uncovered face where non-mahram men can see it on the internet or social media, whether the account is private for women and relatives or not. This is because there is no guarantee that men will not see it, and because the woman's relatives who are not mahram are like other non-mahram men. The woman's face is awrah (private part) that she must cover from non-mahram men. A woman is religiously obligated to observe hijab, so she must maintain it.
