Does divorce occur by saying, "If you want to leave, then leave, leave, leave," along with doubt about the intention of divorce, and does the divorce of a menstruating woman with whom consummation has occurred affect the validity of the marriage contract?

Talaq (divorce) pronounced with the option صيغة التخيير does not take effect unless intended, and it does not take effect with doubt. Bid'i (innovative) talaq is considered valid by the majority of scholars, though it is permissible to adopt the view of those who do not validate it if one's heart is at ease with that opinion. The talaq of someone in extreme anger who does not comprehend what he is saying does not take effect, nor does the talaq of someone suffering from Waswas (obsessive whispering) due to the Waswas itself. One must turn away from Waswas and seek Allah's help to overcome it.
