What is the ruling on copying others' content (tweets, posts, videos) and publishing it to increase followers?

It is permissible to copy tweets, posts, and videos if their content is free from শরীয়াহ-based prohibitions and their owners have not forbidden copying them. It is forbidden to copy anything that contains শরীয়াহ-based prohibitions or if its owners have forbidden copying it, because intellectual property rights are protected for their owners. A Muslim should intend by this to benefit people and spread good, not to increase followers for boasting and and showing off.
